Qnetic is now testing a larger rotor developed for Pulsar, our alpha prototype.At grid scale, energy efficiency is everything. In a high-speed rotating system, even slight imbalance can translate into energy losses and mechanical stress over time.That’s why rotor balancing plays a critical role in Qnetic’s technology.We use a steel “set-up rotor” with identical size and mass properties to the final carbon fiber rotor, enabling early assembly and low-speed testing while the production rotor is still being manufactured.
