Over the past 18 months, Simplify Genomics has been improving the scalability and automation of its platform to become the leading clinical genomics intelligence layer behind preventive medicine.Simplify operates as a CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified lab and has interpreted more than 50,000 whole genomes. We plan to issue our 10th and 11th major releases of Smart Genome over the next few months, with more than 10,000 clinical reports issued since 2018.Behind each report is a large amount of clinical review. Smart Genome has evaluated more than 7,000 genes and only includes findings tied to well-established gene-disease associations. That review process helps keep the report focused on information physicians can trust and use.Simplify Data now includes more than 1.5 billion unique genomic variants. That gives Search and reporting a broader foundation as physicians and partners ask more specific questions of the genome.These improvements help prepare Simplify for larger clinical partnerships.
