This week, I hosted Azure's final investor webinar before our Wefunder raise closes. For those who couldn't join us live, I wanted to share a few of the most important takeaways. The biggest story right now is simple: demand.Today, Azure has a $62 million pipeline, including signed agreements already on the books. We generated more than $7 million in revenue in 2025, and demand continues to grow across multiple markets. What's driving that demand? Our manufacturing platform allows us to build homes faster, more sustainably, and at a lower cost than traditional construction. Azure homes are produced in the factory with plumbing, electrical systems, and interior finishes completed before delivery, allowing installation in a matter of days rather than months. For many customers, the economics are compelling. Azure units often come in approximately 30% below competing alternatives while dramatically reducing construction timelines. We're also seeing our technology make a real-world impact. This month, San Luis Obispo celebrated the opening of a 62-home supportive housing community built using Azure's platform. During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the project's leader compared my co-founder, Ross Maguire, to Walt Disney because of the speed and creativity that helped bring the project to life. The recognition continues to grow as well. Over the past year, Azure has received nine major industry awards, including recognition from TIME and the Edison Awards.Operationally, we're continuing to scale. Our Los Angeles factory is running at full capacity. Our Denver facility is now coming online, expanding production capacity and bringing us closer to customers throughout the western United States. We've also expanded our distribution network through a partnership with Advantage Homes, adding access to more than 150 sales professionals across California. Internationally, we've established a joint venture in the UAE as we explore opportunities in global markets.I was also asked about my background and long-term vision for Azure.I've built and sold companies before, including a business that was ultimately acquired by a public company. Building, scaling, and creating value for shareholders is a journey I've traveled before, and it's one I'm committed to executing again with Azure.Final DaysThe most important thing investors should know is this:The round will not be extended. Our Wefunder offering closes on June 30, and this week webinar was our final live investor event before the raise concludes. To everyone who has supported Azure so far, thank you. We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead.— Gene EidelmanCo-Founder & CEOAzure Printed Homes
