I'm excited to share that FUDI will have a large 100 sq ft booth at the largest food ingredient and foodtech tradeshow in North America...and perhaps the world. IFT First, the place where R&D and executive teams from the largest food companies on Earth converge to learn about, sample and adopt the latest innovations in food, is happening in Chicago July 12-15, and FUDI will be there! We're excited to share about the power of RuBisCO, display samples, and have meaningful conversations with potential customers.This is a very important milestone in our growth as it actively exposes us to new customers that can literally transform the business overnight. Last year, I was at the event with no more than a handful of business cards...no booth, no samples...only a compelling story about an ingredient that is complete, soluble, pure and incredibly functional. Nonetheless, everyone I spoke with was incredibly excited and wanted to get their hands on it. This year, thanks to investors like yourselves, we're able to have a really strong presence, incredible visuals, samples, and our conversations (we hope) will lead to significant commercial traction.
