Hi everyone,We are rapidly approaching our closing date, so I want to take a step back today and talk about why we opened Noble up to the community in the first place, where we've ended up, and where we're going from here.When we launched this community round, the choice wasn't a financing decision. It was a values decision. One of the main reasons Noble exists is that Americans have been getting ripped off by the big carriers for years — so building a wireless company owned, in part, by the people who actually use it felt like the only way to do this right.We've been raising from angels and VCs, but because of our mission, we wanted to open it up so anyone could participate alongside them. So far, over 500 people have done exactly that. We're closing the round on June 26th.Some news on where Noble is now versus when this round opened: The Helium Mobile acquisition closed earlier this month. An MVNO with tens of thousands of members — adding real subscriber revenue overnight and giving us the flexibility to grow multiple brands and price-points Our new Family Plan launched ($50 first line, $40 each additional, with the same cash back per line), and we're already seeing real traction from families leaving the Big 3. While other carriers are raising prices, we went the other way and made it more affordable. The Brain Rot Index feature inside the Noble Life app is starting to convert non-subscribers into paying customers. Major partnerships are rolling out, including an exclusive partnership with Light Phone, and a major cultural figure whose audience spans tens of millions. More on that when we can share.
