One of the reasons we raised capital was simple:I didn’t want Aerial Resupply Coffee to stand still.I wanted to accelerate it.Over the past several years, we’ve built a veteran-owned coffee company that now generates revenue across direct-to-consumer, subscriptions, wholesale, retail, Amazon, and corporate channels. We’ve built a loyal customer base, expanded distribution, grown our brand, and assembled an incredible community of investors who believe in what we’re building.Today, the challenge isn’t finding opportunities.The challenge is executing on all of them.There are more opportunities in front of us than there are hours in the day.That’s why we’ve officially opened a search for a Director of Growth.This person will work directly with me to help identify opportunities, build systems, improve execution, increase revenue, and help scale the business. They’ll focus on growing subscriptions, improving customer retention, expanding wholesale relationships, strengthening eCommerce performance, evaluating new revenue channels, and helping create the operational infrastructure needed to support future growth.This isn’t a maintenance hire.This is a growth hire.Over the next 12 months, I expect this role to help us improve customer acquisition, increase retention, expand recurring revenue, strengthen wholesale performance, improve visibility into business metrics, and build scalable systems that allow the company to operate more efficiently as we continue to grow.Most importantly, this hire allows us to spend less time reacting and more time executing.For our existing investors, this is one of the clearest examples of how we’re deploying resources to create long-term value.For those considering an investment, this represents where we are as a company today: we’ve moved beyond proving the concept.
