Today, we launched the official Aerial Resupply Coffee® mobile app on the Apple App Store.This is a significant milestone for the business and another step toward building a stronger direct-to-consumer channel. Within hours of going live, we processed our first customer order through the app — proof that the platform works end to end.The app gives customers a faster, easier way to order coffee and manage their subscriptions — skipping, pausing, or adjusting deliveries in a few taps. It also introduces a Supply Level tracker that estimates when a customer is running low and prompts a timely reorder, directly supporting repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.Just as important is what this launch sets up. The app becomes the foundation for an owned, direct line to our customers — including a loyalty/rewards program, targeted offers, and mobile notifications on our near-term roadmap. As those capabilities come online, they'll help reduce our reliance on social media algorithms and paid advertising, and give us a channel to engage customers well beyond their first order.As many of you know, one of our primary goals has been increasing customer retention and lifetime value. The app supports both by making repeat purchases simpler and creating new opportunities to engage customers after that first order.This launch comes alongside continued growth initiatives, including expanded wholesale efforts, subscription improvements, new product development, and ongoing investments in our digital infrastructure.Building a coffee company is about much more than roasting coffee.
