Hello all. I have received some interesting news from Wefunder. There is apparently a limit to what founders can invest towards the minimum commitment required to launch. We were not informed of this previously. It was actually quite the opposite in that we were informed that we could move forward to launch the raise after meeting the minimum, which included founder commitments).The founders have committed a significant amount of funds to this venture and without this we fall significantly short of the minimum required to move forward with a raise. Given the low levels of pre-launch interest we have very little confidence that we will be able to achieve the commitment needed to move forward. Considering this along with input from trusted contacts, we have decided to close this opportunity and focus our real estate investment efforts elsewhere.
