Hi everyone,Thank you all for your patience as we have been hard at work getting this deal to close!We finally received our CPA-reviewed financials so we’re good to start our official closing process. We have a ton of exciting updates we’re looking forward to sharing soon. For next steps, we're getting ready to file our Form C in the next few days, which will begin the closing window for the investment round. We expect to close in mid-June.Right now, we’re in a great position on this round, with $1.375M committed at a $31.5M valuation cap.
