Dear Investors,I’m going to start sounding like a broken record: April was another month of major milestones! We’re seeing the combined entity of HCO and Imago develop into a synergistic business that is growing with exceptional strength. We mentioned last month that we were doubling therapy teams at both Imago and HCO. All teams remained fully booked in April as we onboarded new team members in both HCO and Imago. As a result core revenue from operations grew only 5% over April, but we’re expected to return to higher growth numbers in May.Let’s dive in to last month’s updates:💸 Update on Our Next RoundTo fuel this growth, we are preparing our next investment round as announced to investors here. Safar Partners has agreed to lead the round on a $45M pre-money SAFE, committing $1.5M which represents a small increase in their pro-rata ownership. Cranberry Capital has also followed on and kept their pro-rata, which is a strong signal of continued institutional confidence. In total we’ve raised $250K from existing Reg D investors in the last month, bringing the total committed to $1.75M. That means we're launching at roughly 45% of our target for a $4M round.Did you know? Wefunder offers a Reg D solution now as well. If you're an accredited investor and want to participate, you can invest through our Reg D offering on Wefunder with a $5,000 minimum within the next 2 weeks. We’ll send a separate email announcing when that goes live.🤖 AI Webinar ReplayWe hosted a live AI webinar in April showcasing the MVP of our AI Intelligence Layer Aidah, and I genuinely think it was the best demo we've ever done. Thank you to everyone who made the time to join! If you missed it, you can watch the recording here. The feedback we've received on our differentiated methodology has been incredible. Here’s what makes our approach unique:Aidah is the intelligence layer that turns a decade of physiological signals no competitor has into a Living Patient Model that knows each person and compounds across every disease it enters.Aidah — The Living Patient Model in actionMost AI in healthcare processes data that already exists, such as claims, EHRs, physician notes. Aidah processes data that has never existed anywhere: continuous deep organ sounds captured by ADAMM in real life, as people live, work, play and sleep. That is one of the fundamental differentiations: the data on which Aidah runs. What makes it structurally different from everything else:It knows the individual, not the population. Aidah builds a Living Patient Model for each person: a continuously updated, physiologically grounded record that gets more precise every day. The same signal produces completely different interventions depending on who the patient is and where they are clinically. That is only possible with a model of the individual. If you’ve heard about digital twins in other industries, this is the digital twin for which healthcare has been waiting. It operates on a two-tier architecture no competitor has. Edge compute runs directly on ADAMM: real-time signal classification independent of network state, zero cloud dependency, works anywhere. The cloud tier governs deterioration flagging, adaptive engagement, and population-level analytics. It is not an LLM wrapper. LLMs process text. Aidah processes physiological signals that have never appeared in any training set. The 4M+ proprietary data points are our moat, not the model architecture. It handles the 99% of time patients aren't in front of a clinician, as a structured clinical intelligence system that knows the patient, their goals, environment, and longitudinal history. Every clinician interaction is preceded by a context summary Aidah prepares automatically. No chart scanning. Perfect timing. It is disease-agnostic at its core. The Living Patient Model, the archetype framework, and the agent architecture do not need to be rebuilt for each new disease. Adding cardiology means adding a signal processing layer. The intelligence compounds across every disease it enters. Every new patient makes every other disease smarter.🫀First Cardiology Patent FiledWe filed our first patent exclusively in the cardiology space, and it is our Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jennifer Chambers' first patent of her career! Dr. Chambers and Co-Founder Jared Dwarika are co-inventors. We're not quite ready to share the full scope of what this unlocks, but when we are, it will be big news for HCO's addressable market.🌎HCO GrowthWe have now completed full enrollment for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) project to serve communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We’re excited to provide patients in this top 20 asthma hotspot with proactive, personalized care.In addition, we’ve shortlisted school districts for the second phase of our community donation initiative that is funded by investor perks — a meaningful reminder of the mission behind the business.Lastly, we officially kicked off with Sounder Benefits and will be in front of their clients in May.📈Imago Continues to Break RecordsImago achieved the highest number of bookings ever in April. The nine new therapists we’ve recruited are ramping up quickly: two have already started seeing patients and we have a waitlist ready for the other seven as they complete credentialing. We've effectively doubled our available therapy hours, and we're still only operating in 9 states with a long runway ahead. We’re actively starting to plan expansions to other states.🎙️ Where you can find usI was recently featured on the Women in STEM podcast with guest host Erza Bajskolli to talk about what it takes to build technology that actually serves the 690 million people living with chronic respiratory conditions — and why the status quo simply isn't good enough. We covered how ADAMM and our Nightingale service work together to shift the economics of chronic care, and I spoke openly about what women bring to innovation in healthcare. Listen here.I’ve been chronicling our journey and how our vision always led straight to Aidah on LinkedIn. Post 1 is a brief recap of where we are and a refresh of why we started. You can find it here.Post 2 is somewhat deeper dive into something that resonates immediately with customers - the symptom awareness gap. Find it here.Post 3 talks about Aidah and our Living Patient Model. When we first built ADAMM, in many ways it was because technology had finally progressed to be able to build our vision. And it’s the same of Aidah - in many ways, we now have the capability to fulfil our vision. I especially liked this post and think it’s worth a read - it’s something we haven’t discussed publicly before. Find it here.April is proof that this company fires on all cylinders, and we couldn’t be more grateful to be doing this work alongside you. Here's to building the future of health together. And, because life is too short to always take ourselves too seriously: if, like me, you’re a Star Wars fan, here’s hoping we’re all rewarded for our patience when the Mandalorian and Grogu comes out later this week. Also, note, if you think Star Trek is better than Star Wars, I’ll listen to your position, but I'm not sure we can be friends anymore. 🤣 May the Force be with you, Sharon SamjitsinghCEO & Co-FounderHealth Care Originals
