The month we just had wouldn't have happened without you, and the month ahead won't either.In one word: momentum.Wins this month: Validated our lab-scale extraction process and produced our first protein samples Picked up meaningful press coverage (links at the bottom) Completed the ProVeg Incubator — one of the most rigorous programs in alt-protein Launched our redesigned website (www.fudiprotein.com) Crossed 50% on the community round (that's you — thank you) Opened conversations with institutional investors for the scale-up round Started scoping pilot-scale production partnerships What's ahead Pilot-scale production: from grams to kilos of pure RuBisCO Customer development and sampling with food companies IP development and filings Beginning the regulatory approval pathway Continued fundraising — community and institutional, in parallel Two asks:First: share us with three people.
