Quick update — progress over the past few weeks has been a bit slower than we originally planned. We paused to make sure the foundation is rock‑solid before we flip the switch and go live. We took a step back to pressure‑test and validate our financial projections and assumptions so the numbers, disclosures, and story all line up cleanly before we file with the SEC.On the legal side, our attorney recommended forming a new company with the right structure from day one (instead of retrofitting the existing entity). It’s the cleanest path for compliance — and it positions us to scale with clarity and confidence.Based on current estimates, it will take about 3 weeks to finalize the formation of the LLC and complete the subscription agreement, and an additional 1 week to complete the financial review required by the SEC.With that said, we’re confident we can go live on June 22 — and we’re fired up about it.
