This sprint we're tackling two foundational pieces of the game systems. We wanted to give you a overview of what those are: Heroic Labs integration — the platform that handles player accounts, save data, and progression. It's the backbone the game sits on. The inventory system — every die, weapon, and piece of loot a player collects flows through this. It touches crafting, combat, and rewards, so getting it right now makes everything that comes after faster to build. Peter has been doing incredible work on the design side, mapping out the systems in such detail that the dev team can move quickly and confidently.
