This update is a little later than normal, but it's for great reasons! We'll be back into normal cadence in the months to come.I'm thrilled to share another month of progress for those who follow us. And, if you're an investor, look out for an investor-only update in your email right after this!Real patients; very real outcomes. Our team never forgets, but you don't live it every day, so I like to share patient stories:Imagine you're a patient 2+ years post-stroke, who's also had part of your frontal lobe removed for a separate issue. This patient's physician actually took the time to voluntarily email their Imago therapist (paraphrased to remove identifiers): "I got to see our mutual patient in tone clinic for follow up. Wow! They look amazing! You did just great work with them. I can't say I've seen such a wonderful response to treatment in a long time, and I know how my treatments work, so clearly whatever you are doing is working well for them".Now imagine you're a school nurse. You see students often who are having bad asthma attacks, but you can't administer medications, so you have to stand by feeling helpless while they struggle to breathe, with your only recourse: call parents, or call an ambulance. All because they don't have an asthma action plan on file. And their parents are in despair because it means more missed work getting it done. But, through HCO's intervention, we got it done, turning a situation that was heartbreaking for everyone into a positive outcome.Your investments are making a very real difference every day - never doubt that. Leading the teams delivering these outcomes is one of the greatest honors of my life.🫁HCO's Pipeline is AcceleratingHCO continues to outperform as well. We grew our member base 4–5x since our round closed in September and are now fully booked for the AAFA program. In addition, we’ve made significant progress on our enterprise pipeline:Signed a contract with Sounder Benefits. We have been in deep discussions with 2 payors for some time, and the conversation has morphed as they and we understood the size of the problem. These payers are experiencing more than $100M in annual asthma and COPD-related hospital and ER spend they want to eliminate. As we've shared, our model is to work on the basis of shared savings - anything else leaves money on the table, especially for outcomes as differentiated and validated as ours. While we'd like conversations to move faster, we're glad we took the time to insist on data analysis - these are significantly larger opportunities. A 3rd national payor has expressed interest in moving forward — asthma and COPD is one of their top spend categories. All of the payers with whom we're in discussion are parts of larger national entities, and it's noteworthy that the numbers quoted above don't represent all the states in which they operate. These are large enterprise deals that take time to close, but the conversations are substantive and the problem we solve maps directly to their biggest cost drivers.🦾Celebrating 5 Months of Growth at ImagoImago grew 25% in March vs. February, which marks 5 consecutive months of growth. We're approaching full capacity in terms of therapist availability, so we are adding 9 new therapists in April effectively doubling our available therapy hours, plus an additional admin hire to support the team. Our patients are thriving, and we are encouraged by these strong results. The clearest take-away for our HCO shareholders: our success in Imago to date has shown how easily our revenue will scale when we sign contracts - we're demonstrating now the strength and efficiency of the patient-acquisition frameworks we've built. 📈 On Track to $500K MRR in Combined RevenueWe have made positive gross margin in Imago for the first time. The operational changes we've made are working, and given the sales momentum and cost optimization we are on track to reaching $500K in combined MRR in Q4 2026 / Q1 2027. All caveats around forward-looking statements apply.🤖 Respiratory AI Agent — Live DemoIn March, we completed demos of our AI agent for respiratory health to our Board and key advisors. The response was outstanding, and now we want to show you! Join us for a live investor demo:📅 Tuesday, April 29 at 12:00 PM ET📅 Friday, May 2 at 10:00 AM ETRegister here → 💡 New Intellectual PropertyOur IP portfolio continues to strengthen: we have one new patent pending for Respeak AI, our speech therapy innovation. This brings our total patent count to 26 granted and pending for HCO, and 2 patents for Imago. 🏅 Our Team is Winning Awards and Recogntion We are very proud to announce that our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Jennifer Chambers, received the Penn State Distinguished Alumni Award — the highest honor the university bestows on its alumni!I also attended the Well Summit this month to build the relationships that move the needle for HCO. In addition, I’ve been invited by Jonny Price's, President of Wefunder, to join his podcast — I'll share the episode as soon as it's live. 🩵 Thank you for continuing to believe in what we're building. The traction is real. The team is executing. And the opportunity in front of us, in a combined $293B market, has never been clearer.Onwards,Sharon Samjitsingh CEO, Health Care Originals & Imago Rehab
