I get asked this a lot: 'Is the fuel really non-toxic, or is that just marketing?'Well, I’ve eaten it on camera for CNN, so I’m living proof that it’s safe. But there’s a bigger reason why this matters for our business.Traditional solid rocket motors are basically controlled explosives. Because they are so dangerous, you have to build massive safety bunkers and pay a fortune in specialized permits just to move them. Our fuel is an inert, bio-derived substance. Unlike traditional solid rocket motors which need a blast safety radius just to manufacture them, we can ship it via standard freight and store it in a normal warehouse in Brunswick. For us, being 'green' is a 50% reduction in logistics costs. We’re proving you can do rocket propulsion without poisoning coastal or land areas we call home.Next time I'll take a smaller bite though.-Sascha
