Future Proof Brands, LLC has prepared an estimate of your share of taxable income for 2025 based on your ownership in the company. This information is intended to help you and your tax advisor calculate any payments needed when filing an extension for your 2025 tax return. Please note that this is only an estimate and final amounts may differ. For certain states, taxes may need to be paid on your behalf if you are not a resident of that state. Where applicable, the company will handle these payments as required. Additional details are included in the attached state filing matrix.
