To our Wefunder Investor Community.,I wanted to share an update on the progress we've made in the first Quarter of 2026. You have not heard from us much in the first quarter, but don’t worry, we’ve been heads down working hard on turning the start of 2026 into an important moment for the company.Over the last several years, we have been laying the groundwork to build something much bigger than a single product: a domestic materials manufacturing platform capable of turning rapidly renewable natural fibers into high-performance materials. While the core concept of Hempitecture began with construction materials, and while construction materials are still our core focus, we have learned to apply our technology to other hard-to-abate sectors. We’re now making more sustainable and carbon capturing products for packaging, agriculture, food systems, and other industrial applications. In early 2026, that foundation is becoming more visible in both our technical progress and our commercial traction.GrowthIn Q1 2026, Hempitecture grew revenue 15% year-over-year. At the same time, our manufacturing output continued to improve materially. Dollar-adjusted production units increased 23% year-over-year, and total units produced increased 46%.* These gains are important because they reflect not just sales momentum, but increasing operational efficiency from our hardworking team members and from the manufacturing investments we have been making. We are also seeing encouraging growth across multiple business segments. In our current 2026 company overview, agrotextiles are up ~200% year-over-year, cold chain is up ~38%, and insulation sales are up ~23.0% versus the prior year.* This diversification across revenue segments reinforces the thesis that a flexible natural fiber manufacturing platform can serve multiple large markets. We are seeing that play out in recurring B2B revenue and increased customer demand.*Financial & production summary from unaudited Q1 dataTechnical AdvancementOne of the biggest developments at the company has been technical progress. We have recently unlocked new fire performance in our newly commissioned, custom built production line. This is a meaningful step that can expand where and how our products can be used. By unlocking fire performance, we unlock new markets like commercial, industrial, multifamily, and more. We have spent significant time and capital building out our fiber treatment capabilities, and we are beginning to realize the value of that investment.Technical data from fire testing shows controlled flame spread, allowing products to be used in more rigorous applicationsBased on the results of our benchmarking fire resistance testing with accredited 3rd party laboratories, this launches the next phase of our product code compliancy push. Namely, we have begun our ICC-ES code certification process for PlantPanel, our continuous insulation product. This is a long-sought goal for Hempitecture and a major priority for 2026. We believe code compliance is one of the most important unlocks in front of the company. It has the potential to accelerate market adoption and strengthen PlantPanel’s position in more stringent, high-performance building applications.EPD and USDA Biobased CertificationsWe also completed an Environmental Product Declaration for HempWool, giving us third-party-backed environmental data for one of our flagship insulation products. The key takeaway: Our products are carbon negative, and when considering biogenic carbon, store a truly significant amount of CO2. As EPD’s become the standard format for architects, builders, and specifiers to benchmark sustainability with transparent, verified product data, this EPD now makes Hempitecture stand out from incumbent materials. The completion of the EPD strengthens our credibility in the market and supports broader specification efforts going forward.View the EPD HereIn addition, PlantPanel achieved USDA Biobased certification, another strong validation point for the product and a meaningful differentiator as customers increasingly look for domestically manufactured, biobased alternatives in the built environment.Building Technology with Artificial IntelligenceWe have also continued developing our digital platform. Through integrations involving AI, freight APIs, and custom programming, we are building tools that help customers purchase big-and-bulky materials more easily while improving internal efficiency and helping preserve margin. This may not always be the most visible part of the business, but it is a real strategic advantage in modernizing how industrial products are sold and supported. Today, you can log on to our Buy Direct Platform at www.buy.hempitecture.com and utilize AI integrations to complete insulation takeoffs of your plan sets. Visit the Buy Direct PlatformSummaryWe are working to complete major technical and compliance milestones, continue converting segment growth into durable revenue, and keep improving the production facility so we are ready for the next step in scale. We are also continuing to build a pipeline of adjacent opportunities across acoustics, industrial applications, packaging, and agricultural materials, all supported by the same core manufacturing platform. Our 2026 overview reflects a growing pipeline that includes continuous insulation, acoustic panels, door insulation, chicken pad programs, and agrotextile opportunities. We have continued investing in the manufacturing facility to improve throughput, reliability, and operating efficiency. These upgrades are essential because our 2026 focus is on both improving product performance & verification, but also for preparing the business to support larger and more diverse demand across different product categories. We are expecting another new machine in May 2026 that should further improve throughput and strengthen our production capabilities.Building a manufacturing company in advanced materials is hard work, and progress takes time. Thanks to your support, Hempitecture continues to position ourselves as a stronger, more capable, business. We look forward to sharing additional progress as we move forward towards realizing our core goals.Thank you, as always, for your support and belief in what we are building.-The Hempitecture Team
