After 12 years and nearly $250M in lifetime revenue, we're entering a new phase — three product launches that unlock growth we've never had access to before. Here's what's happening right now. Amplify: Our Dynamic Pricing Engine Is Live and Scaling Amplify is our biggest product breakthrough. For years, we charged clients the same CPI regardless of the media source and device type — even though we had historical data showing certain sources and devices were 5x more valuable. We priced by age and gender, but couldn't segment fixed-bid campaigns to the degree necessary. We needed Boost first to guarantee price stability, and only then could we build a dynamic pricing model. That's Amplify — and with nearly $100M in tracked player spend, we have a massive competitive advantage over the new group of rewarded players entering this space. Few competitors could even come close to replicating it. How it works: Amplify charges clients higher prices for high-value users based on their true long-term value. This means our ROAS goes up on the channels that send us the highest quality players and devices. We don't change our bids until performance improves — then we increase spend, which directs more of our budget toward the highest quality sources. Amplify launched in January and is now scaling with the Boost connection live this week: • 44 active apps connected • $7K+/day in revenue (16% of total) • $98M in player spend data powering the model • Aura (top source) hit 102% D1 ROAS — spend scaling from $3K to $6K+/day We're also in active setup with Scopely/Loom Games on their Pixel Flow title — a potential $500K spend over two months across Rewarded Play that will supercharge Amplify's impact and growth. Einstein: AI-Powered Personalization Einstein is our new AI personalization layer that turns one-size-fits-all onboarding into a tailored experience for every user. It segments users by projected value using device tier, demographics, and acquisition source — then dynamically adjusts difficulty, rewards, and the entire user journey in real time. Development kicked off this week. Android first, powered by Amplify's user value data. iOS Launch: Summer 2026 Two-thirds of all mobile gaming revenue comes from iOS. With 12 years of mobile experience, we're bringing our platform back to iOS this summer — unlocking the 60%+ of influencer audiences currently on Apple devices that we've never been able to tap. We're using AI-assisted development to compress what would normally be a 9-month build into 6–8 weeks. Combined with Amplify's dynamic pricing and our white-label infrastructure, iOS is a massive growth unlock. What's Next The foundation is set and we're executing.
