Hi everyone,As part of our regular cadence, I wanted to share our Q1 2026 update and where the company stands as we move into the next phase.Over the past quarter, the primary focus has been building out the operational foundation required to support expansion into Caribbean retail. That work is now largely complete. We have product ready, logistics in place, and the systems necessary to execute without having to improvise.After the inclusion of our water in select Florida hotels and the success of our awareness campaign, which to date has generated over 9M video views, we are now transitioning into controlled retail pilot phases throughout the Caribbean. The purpose of these are is to validate consistent product movement and reorder behavior at full pricing before expanding further. This is a deliberate step designed to convert preparation into measurable performance.In parallel, we continue to build brand visibility and explore additional channels that can support retail growth. The approach remains focused on disciplined execution rather than broad rollout.Assuming the pilots perform as expected, the next phase will be expansion within the initial market and into additional Caribbean territories, following the same structured approach.As we move into this next phase, we’ve also begun having a small number of conversations with potential capital partners to support expansion.
