February was another breakout month at Imago. I wanted to share an update on new milestones as we continue to transform neuro-rehab care. This is a long read, but there’s a lot going on, and you deserve the details!📈Revenue GrowthWe continue to see strong revenue growth across all lines of business: Imago’s growth trajectory has been nothing short of remarkable since we acquired it last year, and at the end of February we were full booked in Virginia. Our immediate focus is scaling access by adding more therapists.🏅Celebrating 4 months of incredible growth at ImagoIn December and January we proved that we could enroll patients cost-effectively via social media ads. This was a central point of our thesis because it is generally the easiest and best proven path to scale in digital/telehealth vs dependence on physician referrals, which, as consolidation continues, will become more difficult to achieve. While we believe there’s a great path to be grown through physician access, our imperative these past 3 months was growth and rapid-fire testing of our central thesis.Comparison of Key Metrics against baseline (HCO started ads in early November 2025):⭐In January, Imago generated Gross Margin based solely on teletherapy revenue for the first time in its existence! We’ve made discrete and traceable operational changes that are resonating, and we expect profit margins to grow over time. 🔥💡New Intellectual PropertyWe recently filed a patent for an AI-based Speech and Language Agent. This strengthens our long-term defensibility as we expand our IP portfolio and AI platform.🗓️Community & Events We attended the Medicaid Innovation Summit in St. Petersburg, Florida in February, and I spoke on a panel on the power of accountable care models to improve outcomes, quality, & patient satisfaction. I’ve been invited by Jonny Price, President of Wefunder, to talk about the future of AI in respiratory care on their podcast. Stay tuned! 🥇Clinical ExcellenceNumbers are great, but we also measure our impact in outcomes. You know by now that we’re mission-centric, but it’s important to note that great outcomes and delighted patients create an almost self-propelled revenue machine.I’m honored to support this team that embodies clinical excellence:🔥Our most recent NPS (Net Promoter Score): 95! 🥳We recently started treating a patient with cerebral palsy (a result of a stroke before birth) in their mid-40s. Because of Imago they can now do things they never could before: Eat with dignity: they can cut their food with both arms and not spill food off their plate. They can pour drinks with both hands. Live more independently: they can open cabinets/fridge with the affected hand now (reduced spills, messes, effort or need for help to meal prep) and can don sweatshirt and undergarments independently, so they need less caregiver aid. Imagine waiting more than 40 years, a whole lifetime, to do these simple tasks that most take for granted. And now imagine that patient’s experience with Imago. This survey response says it well:“Is there anything that I can do to help get the word out about Imago, and the outstanding care I receive. I would shout it from the rooftops, but that could be dangerous 😉”These are all the patients that traditional healthcare would say have been treated, for whom everything that can be done has been done. Often they are labeled as recalcitrant, uncooperative or not able to further improve. We do not and will not accept that as the status quo.🩵Thank you for continuing to support our mission to bring better monitoring, intervention, and real peace of mind to millions in need or neuro-rehab.Onward,Sharon SamjitsinghCEO Health Care Originals & Imago Rehab1Reads
