Malignant narcissists like Trump rarely pivot. They prefer to double down. One of the most defining traits of narcissistic personality disorder in particular, is the inability to admit frailty or fault on ANY matter, large OR small. Remember when Trump used the Sharpie to doctor that weather map? That whole embarrassing production was just to avoid admitting that he innocently mischaracterized the path of a freakin' volcano - any normal person could have simply walked that back. He couldn't.A few days ago, in the Iran bombing, a US Tomahawk missile hit a school in Iran killing 150+ people, mostly children. Trump has STILL been unable to admit it was a US strike - even though it's known and major RW mouthpieces like Laura Ingraham and Megan Kelly have urged him to do so, express regret, and quickly move on. He cannot.THIS is the importance of UNFIT TOO - discussing things that the media doesn't - namely, his pathology. It is extreme. It is disordered. But it can't be discussed through the lens or prism of geopolitics, like I'm doing right now.It has to be objective, factual, measured, through science. Psychology. Pathology. The message that Trump cannot feel empathy, shame or contrition has to include that it's NOT that he WON'T feel it, NOT that he CHOOSES NOT to feel it, but ... he CAN'T. You couldn't even explain empathy to Trump. It would be easier to explain color to a lifelong sightless person.(from Newsweek in 2018)We believe we can present this in a way where it will resonate across the spectrum of voters. They're already conflicted by so many things he's done that he swore he never would. The time for UNFIT TOO is now. Thanks for reading and thanks for your support.
