Hello to all. We hope you are managing to keep mostly sane in what has become a batsh*t crazy world. WE HAVE IMPORTANT NEWS - we'll recap a little before explaining why we're writing (if you want to skip the recap, click the link below):In 2020, before the election, we released a film called #UNFIT. It introduced Malignant Narcissism into the public lexicon and discussed other topical subjects that hadn't been much discussed yet, like gaslighting, tribalism, and the Authoritarian Playbook. #UNFIT was critically acclaimed, endorsed by major celebs, and it was seen by millions, across many popular streaming and cable platforms. Perhaps MOST important - it was seen by people ACROSS THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM. It raised equity privately. Investors saw strong returns. We're proud the film did well and made a difference. Trump and Trumpism lost.The return to saner times, sadly, didn't last. An apparatus started taking form, especially in the tech space with radicalizing algorithms, and the media space with consolidation and normalization. MAGA grew more defiant. Trump ran again, mostly to stay out of prison. We cautioned about this in a subsequent film #UNTRUTH.You supported the Wefunder campaign for #UNTRUTH. Thank you!#UNTRUTH was released with a near-identical strategy as worked so well for #UNFIT. BUT - by 2024, our institutions had come under stress, and companies began bending the knee to Trump, including and most significantly - media and streaming platforms. Our film was targeted and suppressed. People could only find it on Prime and Apple with a direct link. It DID get critical acclaim and celeb support, but with the platform suppression it wasn't able to do the critical mass to cross over. Fearing our message was going to be less widely seen, we had to adjust. And we did. We got the film seen through our social media outreach, and while it did draw significant audiences, we lost the ability to monetize it.AND THEN - in November of 2024, the American people - in our infinite collective wisdom, actually voted him back in. And -- much as we predicted would happen in both films - Democracy itself is now under attack - with a nefarious plan to remake it all, in the form of an autocratic oligarchy with redefined culture and massive wealth transfer.FRIENDS: The midterms in 2026 are as crucial as any election ever. It is essential for our Democracy that controls are placed upon him and his equally unfit team of enablers, grifters, opportunists, and idealogues, by AT LEAST taking the House. We MUST take the House!! For ourselves, we feel we cannot be concerned about being targeted; nor can we sit idly by. Democracy stands at a precipice. So, we make this ANNOUNCEMENT:We ARE creating/releasing a new film, BEFORE THE MIDTERMS, entitled:UNFIT TOO: The Hijacking of America for Power and ProfitWe will do this independently. We will not raise money from PACs - instead we want anyone who backs THIS film to own a piece. And we want 100% of this film to be owned by the resistance.
