At the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Forum today addressing the Future of Investment and Collaboration in Tijuana. The features speaker was Pedro Montejo Peterson, the Secretary of Economic Development, City of Tijuana. It was an extremely productive event that gave us the opportunity to discuss our unique solution to the Tijuana River Crisis with many influential people from both sides of the border.
