This major whitepaper was released on Friday with the national economic equity organization ProsperityNow and Next Belt Strategies - examining research and reviewing Nestment data on market based solutions on why the traditional starter home no longer functions as a reliable entry point, and how first-time buyers are navigating today’s market with new solutions. We have some exciting articles rolling out with media outlets like CNN and others around this topic.Nestment for EmployersThe most substantial update is the rapid growth of our employer vertical. After only 45 days of BD we've been fortunate enough to bring on a wide variety of employers representing 200K+ employees as well as benefits aggregators representing millions more. Over the next two quarters we are rolling out Nestment Key - our first time homebuyer solution, as a benefit for employees. This "low lift / low cost / high value" benefit brings the power of our homebuying coach, tools, network and education platform to the working and professional class.We're launching new employers every week. Just last week we launched a large private equity company, a large tech company, a major sports organization, and a non-profit.
