I ran my own genetic data through Mendly last week and found novel frameshift mutations associated with gastrointestinal stromal tumors of the colon. Even if my grandmother had gotten a colon cancer genetic panel, these wouldn't have shown up. They're not in any database, they are novel. Mendly was only able to find it because it uses symptoms + DNA sequencing + AI.
