It has been far too long since I've provided an update here on Wefunder. I appreciate everyone's patience this year and am pleased to inform you that the lack of updates is solely due to the growth and recent success of our companies. Let's start with 2025 revenues by asset: Neuly: $120,000 Psychedelic Invest: $2,000 Psyrise: $24,000 And we've kept expenses as low as possible. They were as follows for the year (rounded): Neuly: $2,500 Psychedelic Invest: $36,000 Psyrise: $500 Nucleus (Other): $60,000 So, we operated profitably this year, but that's not the biggest story. The plot actually began at the beginning of the year when we became surprisingly much busier than we expected across our portfolio of companies. Consulting WorkGiven the current state of the industry we focus on (psychedelic medicine), the market need is limited but exists in pockets that don't benefit from having a ton of resources. We ended up directing our attention to those areas so that we could still create as much value as possible. For Nucleus, this meant more consulting opportunities. I, serving as somewhat of a fractional CTO/CMO to many of the organizations within the industry, took on a revitalized role within these organizations; on a path to finding the best ways to leverage technology (like AI) and marketing systems that can help businesses continue to grow. Psyrise was already positioned as a no-brainer, but the add-on personalized services are being bolted on through Neuly. Revenue opportunities peaked for us in Q4 when we secured the largest year-long contracts we've ever had - which I'm pleased to say will have us generating more revenue than ever before through September 2026. Our guaranteed revenue for 2026 is $228,000, which is almost double this year's outcomes. But that's just the signed opportunities...New OpportunitiesAlong the path of discovery this year, we found more treasures than landmines. Staying curious and open to new opportunities has forged new business models beyond just consulting with clients. That has allowed us to think about promising new revenue-generating offerings for 2026 and beyond.DatatomicallyThe landing page found at Datatomically.com speaks for itself. Businesses are failing to effectively integrate technologies like AI because they don't have organized data. Datatomically is both a service and a technology offering that we have yet to promote, but that offers businesses a cost-effective way to build new systems. The app is still being worked on, but it's an Airtable-like solution that helps businesses turn all of those pesky spreadsheets into relational databases. TrialFlowWhile working with one of our clients, we found a great deal of opportunity in the clinical trial landscape. After building solutions for our client, we realized there are probably others similar to them that need the tools we were building.Enter Trialflow. We haven't really launched this startup yet either, but we spent the past few weeks developing the branding and associated materials for an imminent go-to-market strategy. We think this is an initial step toward evolving our tools into an end-to-end clinical trial management software. We're not trying to get too far ahead of ourselves yet, though. PeptidesPeptides were all the rage this year. Where there is so much smoke, there tends to be fire. That's why we're working on a few much needed solutions for this blossoming corner of the healthcare market. It's too early to say too much about what we're building, but we will likely have something live in Q1. NeulyAt this moment, Neuly is offline. We took it down in October after some security threats and figured we would revitalize the platform for 2026. I am excited to share that what we've been building is almost ready for the public, and the transformation will make Neuly even more valuable of a platform. Psychedelic InvestThere's unfortunately not too much to report on the revenue side of PI, but we have been thinking about ways to revitalize the website. Similar to Neuly, we are looking to enhance the user experience and establish more offerings for users. A teaser of the new landing page is below.PsyriseWe rebuilt the Psyrise website. We expect even more growth from the company in 2026 as the focus broadens away from only ketamine clinics and retreat organizations. NucleusThe new Nucleus website shows a rejuvenated brand poised for the launch of all of these new startups. ConclusionI hope you can see that we've not only been busy; we've not only been surviving; we've not only been innovating...We've been thriving.Since our cash position is in the best shape since immediately after raising capital and our cash flow is better than ever, we want to continue down this path and keep an open-mind toward any and all opportunities in 2026 and beyond. I fully expect that I will be able to update all of you more frequently next year. Thank you for your continued support.
