To our Investors & Supporters:It’s been a while since our last update, and I want to start by saying thank you for your patience and belief in Hempitecture’s vision. Over the past several months, our team has been completely heads down, focused on executing exactly what we set out to accomplish during our fundraising round. Today, thanks to your support, we're yielding results, and we’re finally at a point where we can share what your investment has made possible.A Breakthrough in Natural Fiber ManufacturingEarlier this fall, we commissioned a new, proprietary manufacturing process that represents a major leap forward for natural fiber materials. This new system allows us to treat and enhance plant based fibers at industrial scale, unlocking fire resistant performance to take biobased insulation further. This innovation is the direct outcome of your support. The capital raised in our Wefunder round was instrumental in helping us bring together engineers and contractors from around the world to design, install, and fine-tune this process: one that was invented by Hempitecture and built to serve as a model for sustainable manufacturing. After months of setup, calibration, and now as we advance into testing, we’re now seeing exciting results. Our new line can process natural fibers by the ton, producing refined, value-added feedstock for our product family: HempWool®, HempWool PLUS™, and PlantPanel™. These materials will continue to undergo testing, positioning them to meet rigorous building standards and preparing us for ICC-ES certification in 2026.Expanding Into New Product FrontiersWhile enhancing performance has been a major focus, this advancement also unlocks new frontiers for Hempitecture’s product portfolio. We’re already developing additional solutions in areas such as: Agrotextiles — natural fiber mats for soil health and weed suppression. Acoustic solutions — sustainable sound absorbing panels for commercial interiors. Data center applications — high performance, decarbonized thermoacoustic insulation for industrial infrastructure. Each of these categories represents a meaningful extension of our technology and mission: to replace less sustainable materials with renewable, low-carbon alternatives that perform.Industry Engagement & Market Momentum @ GreenBuild 2025We recently exhibited at Greenbuild Expo 2025, one of the world’s leading sustainability events for the building industry. The response was overwhelmingly positive — we met with hundreds of architects, developers, and distributors who are eager to specify natural fiber insulation in their projects.Shortly after, Hempitecture was selected as a finalist at the Trellis Investor Summit in San Jose, where we presented our vision for scaling regenerative manufacturing to a national audience of impact-driven investors and innovators. Both events reaffirmed that the market is not only ready but hungry for what we’re building.Focused Execution and the Road AheadBehind the scenes, our operations team has been working tirelessly to bring this next chapter of manufacturing online. Commissioning this equipment required deep coordination across mechanical, electrical, and process engineering. Our teams ability to deliver this project successfully speaks to the strength and ingenuity of the Hempitecture team.As we move toward year end, we’re transitioning from commissioning to optimization. The next several months will focus on fine tuning throughput, locking in key supply chain partners for off-take, and building out strategic relationships that will help us bring these new materials to market at scale. In early 2026, we’ll begin a new round of testing and validation to formalize our ICC-ES certification pathway. This is a critical step in unlocking large scale commercial adoption. We’ll also be sharing updates soon on several partnerships and pilot projects that we believe will meaningfully expand our reach and revenue potential.Looking ForwardWhile public updates have been sparse, please know that we’ve been doing exactly what we promised: building real, tangible, transformative capability in sustainable manufacturing. We are more confident than ever in our trajectory and the long-term value we’re creating for our investors, our customers, and the planet. As we close out 2025, I’ll be sending all investors a Year End Review Letter capturing our performance and our plans for 2026.Thank you again for being part of this journey and for believing in what we’re building together. Thanks,Mattie
