Expansion to 25,000 sq. ft. Factory in Denver, ColoradoAzure has signed a lease on a new production facility in Denver that will significantly increase manufacturing capacity, improve logistics, and create new clean manufacturing jobs. The factory will play a key role in fulfilling upcoming contracts and scaling sustainable 3D-printed housing solutions.3. Tiny Escapes Project Approved in 29 Palms, CaliforniaThe 29 Palms Planning Commission voted unanimously (5–0) to approve Tiny Escapes project, an off-grid eco-resort community designed with 30 of Azure’s units 3D-printed with recycled and reclaimed materials.4. $17.6 Million Partnership with Havana Roasters CoffeeAzure has entered into a $17.6 million agreement with HRC Hospitality Corp, doing business as Havana Roasters Coffee, Cuban Bakery & Sandwich Bar, to deliver 100 modular 3D-printed café units across the United States. The first deliveries are planned for Q1 2026, with all units completed within 24 months.5. Winner of BuiltWorlds Tokyo Global Summit Demo DayAzure was named the sole winner at the BuiltWorlds Tokyo Global Summit Demo Day, an event featuring some of the most innovative construction technology companies worldwide.
