We are very excited to share that ABC Wine and Spirits retail chain in Florida has accepted our Espanita Lime and we just shipped them their initial order. We look forward to collaborating with ABC on our other flavor offerings in the future. In California, a notable achievement has been the introduction of Espanita Tequila into the Jons Fresh Marketplace, a 13-store retail chain, marking a significant milestone for the brand. This activation represents the second successful partnership for Espanita Tequila with CA chain stores this summer, following its earlier launch within the Super King chain. Finally, we are very proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey: we have received our first general distribution authorization in a “controlled” state, i.e. the state where distribution of distilled spirits is controlled by the state’s liquor board and not by privately owned wholesalers. The Alabama liquor board has officially approved our Espanita Blanco and Espanita Reposado for distribution in 53 ABC stores, marking a pivotal moment for our brand. This approval not only allows us to establish a presence in Alabama but also sets the stage for future growth and expansion in other control states such as North Carolina as we move into 2026. We are currently working on setting our presentation schedule to present Espanita Tequila to retail chain spirits buyers and we hope that in 2026 we shall be able to achieve new activations for the brand in different states.
