We’re long overdue for an update on FADE TO BLACK! We’re very deep into post-production now and have a cut that’s getting very close to final. We’re now polishing to make sure every beat, performance, and transition lands just right—and we’re thrilled with how it’s all coming together. Early test viewers have been describing it as “The Studio meets Nightcrawler,” which we consider high praise.The buzz surrounding the film has attracted a major financier/producer interested in making a multi-million-dollar investment. Their funds are currently clearing from overseas, which has taken longer than expected and is part of why things have been a bit quieter in recent months.If their funding clears, we’ll have the opportunity to make some post-production upgrades that could further elevate the film’s distribution value. And if they don’t, we’re already well-positioned to finish with our existing plan—which we’re confident will deliver something powerful. Either way, we’re in a strong position, and the fact that a financier of this caliber is stepping forward underscores the potential of FADE TO BLACK.In the meantime, the Wefunder campaign remains open if you’d still like to make a direct investment or increase your existing investment.
