If you’ve been following along, we’re now on shelves at two Needler’s locations downtown and Carmel. I was at the downtown Needler’s today and bought everything I needed to make a pastrami sandwich at home (Turchetti’s pastrami, of course) in memory of it being one year since we closed our restaurant. I still miss it from time to time. This week we added a few more great partners. Moody’s Butcher Shop brought us in at both their Nora and Zionsville locations, and Niemann Harvest Market in Carmel just launched Turchetti’s too. These are the kinds of local stores that really get what we’re doing, and it’s been awesome working with their teams and with our distributor Ideal Meat to get everything set up and moving. None of this would have been possible without them.Every launch takes coordination, production time, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work from our crew. It’s never easy, but it’s rewarding seeing our products out in the world and knowing more people in our hometown can grab them.
