Investors!I am delighted to report that, after almost 8 years of building our little, disruptive enterprise, we have now established a comprehensive strategic partnership with Verve Talent and Literary Agency. Everyone deserves credit for this, including you our dear investors, all the members of our team, and each of our producers. Congratulations!Verve will be providing traditional representation and packaging to our projects, and sourcing partnerships and strategic investors (plus taking a small ownership interest in Voyage). We are very excited about how this partnership will impact our growth in the years ahead!We are using this moment as an opportunity to reimagine Voyage’s future. We now see more potential than ever as we embark on this next phase, increasing our presence in the world, doubling our focus on creating & selling high quality projects & IP, leveraging tech and AI, and expanding our ability with meaningful industry partnerships that become the driver of the Voyage incubator.To date, Voyage has made 65 movies, shows & hit podcasts and executed over 450 shopping deals on behalf of our clients and their IP. In addition, we’ve continued to grow at roughly a 50% clip year-over-year and are currently anticipating revenues of ~$5 million in 2025. Our other business drivers have continued to expand (more info can be found in our annual report on the website) and we now have over 100 producers operating in the incubator curating about 2000 stories per year into markets and verticals, and our podcast business has also evolved into a key revenue generator of producer fees, ad revenues, and film/TV licensing fees. And we are currently fielding offers on our latest completed film, RISE & SHINE!Stay tuned!
