This is a big step for us, and we believe it’s a funding approach that aligns with our mission to bring safe, effective, and non-toxic solutions for healthier homes and healthier lives.What is a Revenue Share Note?Simply put, a revenue share note is an investment model where you receive a percentage of Emerald Prairie Home's revenues until a pre-agreed repayment amount is met.As we generate income by selling our innovative cleaning and personal care products, we share a portion of that revenue directly with you.This differs from traditional equity investments, where returns often depend on longer-term company valuation changes or exit events.With our Revenue Share, your success is directly tied to our growth and the increasing number of homes and lives we help make healthier.Key TermsTarget Raise: $1MSet Repayment Multiple: Aiming for 2.5x for first $200,000 - 2x for remainder.Target Percentage of Revenue Shared: Approximately Target 5% of Revenue Share of gross revenues.Target Payback Period: We project this to be within 4.5 years, depending on our growth.Target Investor IRR: This could translate to a target annualized return of 26%.For example, if you invest $1000, our goal would be to pay you back $2,000 (a 2X repayment multiple) over the target payback period. Your investment becomes a direct share in our active progress towards a less toxic, healthier future for all – in our homes and for our bodies.The Terms Offered ExplainedEarly Bird Terms: For the first $200,000 raised, investors will be eligible for a 2.5X repayment multiple.Example: An early investment of $1,000 would aim for a $2,500 total return.Standard Terms: After the Early Bird portion is filled, the repayment multiple for subsequent investors will be 2X.Example: An investment of $1,000 at this stage would aim for a $2,000 total return.Our Vision for GrowthTarget: We project $59 million in revenue over the next 4.5 years. If we hit our targets, investors will realize a 2X return in 3 years (a 26% target IRR).Conservative: We project $44 million in revenue over the next 4.5 years. If we grow slower, investors will receive their 2X return in a longer time horizon, based on a smaller share of revenues.Aggressive: We project $70 million in revenue over the next 4.5 years.
