This update is designed to provide clarity about our funding progress and next steps.We are thrilled to announce that we have almost reached our maximum of $1,235,000 in this round. Don’t worry—you can still invest!Expanding Our Funding CapPursuant to Regulation Crowdfunding, companies are allowed to raise up to $5 million in a 12-month period. To unlock the ability to increase our maximum raise amount to $5 million, we are required to file audited financial statements in our Form C with the SEC. We are already working with our audit firm and expect to complete the audit within the next 2-3 weeks.Early Bird and General Investment DetailsThe first $1 million of this round was reserved for Early Bird investors through a SAFE at a $45 million valuation cap with a 20% discount applied when the SAFE converts into equity during a future priced equity round. Investments beyond the first $1 million, including those in the next phase, are made through a SAFE at a $50 million valuation cap with the same 20% discount.
