However, some of you still need to verify your Tax ID (SSN, typically) and complete your investment.  When we hit the max we can raise since filing the Form C on Friday, the Early Bird terms will cease. Confirm your reservations as this is a first come, first serve type program.Whats NextIn January, we will begin repairing the transformers on the powerlines, re-digging the three million-gallon retention pond, clearing more trees and underbrush, and doing other necessary things to get the project up and running. We are already working with an engineer to design the next phase of the wastewater treatment plant and obtain the necessary permits from PA and the DEP.It is our goal to have the wastewater treatment plant operational by June 2025. This will allow Firepoint to start producing revenue while we begin the second phase of operations, converting the four million tons of waste coal into jet fuel while extracting rare earth minerals.So remember, you are a key part of this project's success, and we could not have done it without your support.So have a warm and wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.
