While the U.S. market for moving/migration remains strong, growth in this area has been driven as much by the rental market as interest rates remained higher than many are comfortable with. There is, however, the expectation that interest rates will decline more as inflation declines and the incredible pent-up demand for home sales/purchases is unleashed. We can see via growth in Google searches and usage of LookyLOO that there are millions of sellers and buyers ready to make a move. Consider that in 2025, the largest number of people in the U.S. in history will turn 65 -- ready to sell suburban homes and move to new cities and downsized locations. National Association of Realtor projections show existing home sales to rise 9% in 2025 and 13% in 2026. There are even higher growth projections for new home sales. All of this is good news for the market in general and LookyLOO in particular. Revenue via lead generation from home buyers will increase substantially with an increase in home sales. LookyLOO is expanding its partnerships with realtors and other beneficiaries of our consumer traffic. The combination of young professionals and families seeking affordable housing, massive volumes of empty nesters and retirees, looking to relocate to better lifestyles and lower cost-of-living cities is going to drive our growth.
