I see that Alex and Ross hold 28% each of the outstanding 1,200,000 shares. Additionally, in terms of the past raises, I see what is listed. I can also see that the lead for this syndicate, Stuart, has invested $890,000. So you are raising a total of $1,285,000 for the 1,200,000 units?Raising an additional $395,000 after Stuarts investment? No warrants with this investment, correct? I see that Wefunder gets 6% for hosting, but otherwise no carry for an individual investor? Thanks, i just want to be sure that my assumptions are correct given that i have not used this platform in the pastAnswerThere are multiple parts to this question so I will answer each one individually:The current Albartross Holdings LLC ownership is as per the share cap table belowThe total we are looking to raise is $1,235,000. The $890,000 invested by Stuart was from our earlier rounds. Stuart is investing $40,000 into this round.There are no warrants with this investment round and no carry for individual Investors---------------------------------We really appreciated the tremendous support we have received so far.
