Mark Buehrer, PE, principal and founder of 2020 ENGINEERING and HeartFoods, was the keynote speaker at the first ever Grow(In)’ On! - Building Integrated Agriculture Summit, September 17-19, 2024, in Portland, Oregon. The summit was presented by the Institute for Health in the Built Environment, Oregon State University and Washington State University.The goal of this summit was to identify critical challenges, barriers, benefits and opportunities to create a network of professionals to further develop building-integrated agriculture.
