10/21/2024The Annual Pure-Light Stockholders meeting was held Oct 19, 2024.&nbsp;It was followed immediately by a Board of Directors meeting.&nbsp;Stockholders representing 94% ownership participated in the meeting both by conference call and in person.&nbsp;The previously approved move to Pure-Light Technologies Group has been mostly completed.&nbsp;Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pure-Light Technologies Group (Inc) a Wyoming corporation.&nbsp;All assets, stockholders, liabilities have been transferred from Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. to Pure-Light Technologies Group Inc. Stock certificates from PLT Inc will be replaced by PLTG stock certificates over the next coming months. Pure-Light Technologies Inc. will transition to become Pure-Light Technologies LLC and will be the division that will primarily handle the light bulbs.Very Exciting news about the Solar Boost product was shared.&nbsp;PLTG is in negotiations with several companies representing over 5 million solar panels both nationally and internationally to coat their panels. The potential income for PLTG is over $170 million.&nbsp;Also, negotiations to become an exclusive distributor and a manufacturer for the Western US for the new revolutionary Sea Salt battery has made great progress.&nbsp;&nbsp;(They want to be distributors of our Solar Boost product in Europe and Israel. )The $12-$20 mil funding package has overcome some major hurdles and the first $4 mil drawdown is expected to happen within the next few weeks.&nbsp;When/if the funding comes through, the current Wefunder campaign will close.&nbsp;&nbsp;Board of Directors for Pure-Light Technologies Group was voted on and approved unanimously. Roger Young, Lloyed Rasmussen, Robert Kemper, and Dr. Don Schanze.&nbsp;The Stockholder meeting was closed.
