Nucleus family,Another quarter is in the books and Nucleus continues to fight through all of the disappointment surrounding the industry we operate in. But we don't want to dwell on the bad stuff. Instead, let's cut right to the chase. We KNOW psychedelic medicines will prosper in the future. But for now, Nucleus must do whatever it can to add value to as many people as possible. This year, that has meant servicing outside of the psychedelics industry. More on that in a little bit...In Q3, we maintained our focus on staying lean and generating as much revenue as possible in order to extend our runway.As a reminder, our 4 core objectives are listed below:Generate as much revenue as possible.Reduce costs to meet revenue (as close to break even as possible).Extend runway.Innovate with the industry.So, how did we do in Q3? Let's dive in.We've Reached $20K+ in MRR!Last quarter, we mentioned that we were generating $11K per month, which brought our burn down to a few thousand dollars per month. Well, now I'm pleased to say that we have been operating profitably since July. This quarter, we billed just over $50K. Why the revenue growth? Like I said earlier, it's from a widening in our approach.Clinical Trial RecruitmentWe mentioned last quarter how excited we were to grow within the clinical trial space. After all, these trials need participants and we happen to be great at marketing. Part of our recent growth has been our successful foray into the clinical trial world. We now help a few trials and sponsors with their trials, which has paved the way for a lot more opportunity for Nucleus. In Q4, we plan to develop even more technology around Psyrise to better assist our trial partners. Nucleus as Technology ConsultantsStarting in July, we picked up a few new clients under the premise that I, Logan Lenz (the CEO of Nucleus) would help companies evolving around ours with their technology stacks and marketing initiatives. We're now working with a law firm on a CRM and an app for a real estate company. Who would have thought Nucleus would expand in this way? Hey, whatever works right now, right?Nucleus' Ecosystem GrowthOverall traffic maintained in Q3, but it's still down YoY, which lines up with the reduced excitement surrounding psychedelics right now. That said, our ecosystem does continue to grow, as reflected in the numbers below:Neuly users increased 5%Psychedelic Invest subscribers elevated 6%Video views increased 2%Podcast listens rose 5%Despite some growth shown above, monetization continues to be a struggle so we are focusing less of our attention on new user acquisition during this time.Content CreationWe've continued to publish content throughout Q3.
