Patient was referred by Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City for Pelvic Organ Prolapse with Mixed Urinary Incontinence. She is an art designer who regularly lifts heavy objects for her art shows and has been suffering from these issues for the past two years.After completing 10 sessions of JOGO, She has achieved 100% improvement with her incontinence and 85-90% control of her prolapse symptoms. Patient reports she doesn't have any leakage of urine episodes while coughing, sneezing anymore and doesn't wake up middle of the night. One patient at a time.
