We are ready to release another update focused on improved HOLOFIT customization options, HOLOFIT Avatars!In 2023, we launched the HOLOSHIP vehicles customization concept: users got the option to select their new vehicles, dress them up, and use them for workouts in our virtual worlds. They could also have their rowing machines, bicycles or running platforms dressed up in seasonal designs, reflecting the regular events we run on HOLOFIT. We measured the usage and repeatability of vehicle customization, and concluded that not only did the users spend considerable time testing different vehicles, but also spent more time exercising while taking their new vehicles out for a ride!Increased user engagement and retention through product customization is a known strategy. As McKinsey states in their 2021 Next in Personalization report, companies that excel at personalization generate substantially higher revenue from those efforts compared to average companies.We have therefore decided to continue doubling down our customization efforts and are now ready to launch the new HOLOFIT Avatars: Sweat in Style edition where users can choose their looks, gear up, and make every workout unique. This is yet another step in building the HOLOFIT ecosystem, where all the fun fitness needs are met.
