Dear Investors, Jake Guerra here, CEO at EV Semi-Fleet Corp. EVSF is now revenue-generating! We accomplished this milestone by moving freight OTR (Over the Road), with a 2024 Diesel Semi-Truck, resulting in revenues of $70,058.00, May 2024 - August 2024.The decision to begin operations with a diesel semi-truck was not an easy one. As many of you know, EVSF has been awaiting our order of 50 Tesla Semi-Trucks for 2 years. EVSF wants to grow in the meantime as a trucking company and not be stagnant awaiting the Tesla-Semi mass production. (Tesla Semi Factory Update Below)Moving Freight w/Diesel (for now)Freight Stats for the Diesel Semi-Truck:55% of freight loads were moved through Uber Freight's network. We see Uber Freight as a potential long-term partner for Zero-Emission Freight. Uber Freight has taken a proactive approach to this industry segment and has a focus on electric & autonomous freight movement.25% of freight acceptance was through TQL (Total Quality Logistics). This is a major broker that offers spot market freight nationwide, anywhere and everywhere.20% of freight moved was from independent freight brokers. These loads were discovered on the DAT loadboard. The DAT loadboard is a platform that connects freight brokers with available loads to trucking companies seeking loads. EVSF plans on diversifying with Heavy-Duty EV units, from other OEMs as opportunities present themselves. This could be with Volvo, Freightliner, Mack Truck, and/or a new entrant into the Zero-Emission space, like Windrose Technologies. https://windrose.tech To do so, EV Semi-Fleet will be seeking Accredited Investors who value a diversification strategy early on.Why Windrose Technologies? EVSF believes the Windrose EV Semi-Truck is built for long-haul operations and can successfully mass-produce units for USA operations. Their Class-8 unit charges fast and can haul up to 49t GVW. Windrose Tech recently tested their unit worldwide in a wide variety of scenarios, proving their newly designed zero-emission, heavy-duty, class-8 unit.729kWh battery size670km (420mi) full load range (49t gross weight)1,400hp peak output powerTested and validated under extreme conditionsWindrose EV Semi-TruckEVSF will continue our push toward our ultimate goal and will keep you updated along the way.If you are an Accredited Investor and would like more information on our diversifying strategy, please reach out to Jake Guerra, via email.info@EVSemiFleetCorp.comI wish you a wonderful Labor Day weekend with your family and Friends!Talk Soon, -Jake Guerra, Founder & CEO
