Dear Investors, Advisors, and Board members,We are pleased to share the latest quarterly update on Virtual World Computing and our flagship browser and search engine suite of apps called TUSK. For this last quarter our CAC has remained low and we are now working on a contract with Charlie Kirk to advertise TUSK to his audiences that includes his social media reach to over 100 million people per month. We believe by partnering with Charlie we can see our sign-ups and usage increase through this boosted exposure.TUSK Browser:&nbsp;&nbsp;Several minor updates have kept the apps up to date and bug free. Since its launch, our mobile app and desktop version of TUSK Browser have been downloaded on over 366,000 devices. We continue to see a slight upswing of users which is a good sign despite maintaining the same marketing spends.&nbsp;DAU continues to riseTUSK Search: Visual improvements and enhancements to the styling were made to make the unbiased results even easier to read for our users. The result is seen with month on month growth.&nbsp;Pageviews continue to increaseGIPPR AI: Despite being canceled by Anthropic back in March, we were able to restore services quickly, and since the GIPPR is the only AI that tells the whole truth, it proves to be more popular than ever.TUSK News Feed and The TUSK Report daily newsletter:&nbsp;Despite industry-wide struggles with major changes in email delivery by Gmail, Yahoo and others, we have seen positive results with the growth of The TUSK Report newsletter delivery topping 62,000 daily with above industry average open rates. We also recently signed on LiveIntent, a new ad revenue partner, to monetize the newsletter.TUSK for Education:&nbsp;Completion of the ad-free TUSK Search for Education has met with great feedback from the faculty in the schools who are beta testing it in their classrooms. Our goal is to expand this to more schools this Fall to bring unbiased search to students across America.&nbsp;TUSK Lesson Plan Exchange:&nbsp;We are nearing completion on this wonderful resource to help teachers find and share quality lesson plans at no cost. This will not only improve classroom education with traditional values, it will also bring awareness of TUSK Browser and Search to millions of students nationwide.Looking forward:&nbsp;&nbsp;Our dev team is hard at work to bring more functionality to our search results. In addition, we are working on some deals to improve revenue, so I hope to report these results soon. Looking ahead, we anticipate dedicating at least 50% of our future funds towards marketing efforts, aiming to reach 500,000 users within the next year. Our plans for this year include ensuring the TUSK Browser apps remains up to date (with an expected cost of $80,000 for Desktop versions alone), introducing new features to the browser, and running our own AI.Financials: We are running a deficit and looking forward to our next raise. We are looking to raise a Seed round that will fuel us to hopefully a cash positive state. For the A and B rounds we are looking to raise about 20 million.
