Dear Investor,we hope you are doing well!We’d like to offer you an update on company operations and last year financial reports. Our 2023 financial statements at the Holodia AG level Switzerland have been issued by our Swiss Accounting Partner, and 2023 financial statements at the Holodia Inc level done by our US accountant.Holodia Inc has issues Financial Statement according to US GAAP, whereas Holodia AG (the Swiss operating company) issues Financial Statements according to Swiss accounting Standards. In the difference between the two standards, investors should note that whereas Swiss accounting standards recognizes “software and product development costs” as an asset and hence a positive impact on the balance sheet, US accounting standards recognizes such development costs as “expenditure”. It should be noted that Holodia AG has issued its first net positive operating result by end 2023.
