Dear friends, family and Kidcaboo supporters,  I hope this finds you all well.  As many of you know, over the past five and half years, my colleagues and I have been building Kidcaboo, a rideshare for children intended to help busy families and to level the career playing field, especially, for working moms.  After three and a half years of expansive and extensive testing, and tech and ops development, we officially launched in TX in late 2022. Since that time, we’ve safely expanded across eight states, conducted over 15,000 rides without a safety incident and have brought in revenue exceeding $500,000. We are the most widely available, fastest-growing, fully B2C, children's rideshare built for families in the country. With incredible hurdles prohibiting entrance to this space and enormous demand, we are confident in Kidcaboo’s prominence in the children’s transportation realm into the future.  With huge, national expansion plans underway, and strong growth numbers, we are about to launch a priced round. The valuation of Kidcaboo expected in this round is something we're proud of and all of us, you included, have worked to build the value of.
