We will soon be launching vetting challenges on LD Talent.When you start on LD Talent, you may notice your profile status is 'Verification in Progress'. How do you become verified on LD Talent?Here are the requirements:Complete 81+ onboarding MCQs and the post-onboarding understanding exam.Complete a system design challenge (in LD or ldi-channel interviews), or an equivalent (e.g., relevant system samples with 4 or 5-star ratings/high work session approval across all your clients, including ventures/internal projects).Complete a vetting challenge (1 hard category or 1 medium category + 1 soft skill category + 1 lifelong learning project), or an equivalent (e.g., relevant code or design samples with 4 or 5-star client ratings/high work session approval on 100+ hours of work across all your clients, including ventures/internal projects).Complete an interview with the LD Team to receive interview scores on your profile.Complete background and reference checks.Complete verification of emergency contacts.Details about the vetting challenges:These are paid technical and soft skill challenges that appear on the Talent Dashboard.They allow talent to time and record themselves performing a technical or soft skill challenge and permit another network member to peer review their work (for payment as well).They cover various domains such as Mobile Development, Web Development, Security, Game Development, AI / ML, VR / AR, Blockchain, Debugging, Testing, Sysadmin / Command Line / Source Control, UI / UX Design, Software Design Patterns, Software Engineering and Development, Productivity and Responsiveness, Software Engineering Process, Entrepreneurship, Divergent Thinking / Creativity, Project Management, and Teamwork.These challenges are part of the steps for becoming 'verified' on LD Talent, after which a 'verified' badge is displayed on your profile.Once you complete the vetting and soft skill challenges, clients may invite you for the projects. If they are unsure how to hire you or review your work sessions, you can guide them to log in to ldtalentwork.com and navigate to 'Hire / Reject Talent' or 'Review Work Sessions' on the left side navbar.
