What better way to conclude #WomensHistoryMonth than by making some amazing connections at the WBENC Conference in Denver, Colorado. This was PuffCuff's first WBENC conference, and it was nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere of networking felt more like reconnecting with old friends who all want to help each other thrive. But it wasn’t just about networking; it was a strategic move for PuffCuff to amplify our mission and take significant steps towards increasing our brand exposure, awareness, and retail placement.I'm thrilled to share that we had five major companies on our hit list, and I had the honor of speaking directly with the head diversity officers of all five: Ulta Beauty, Kohl's, Target, Walmart, and Dollar General. The discussions were incredibly fruitful, focusing on how PuffCuff aligns with their diversity and inclusion goals and exploring opportunities for future retail placement. These conversations were pivotal, laying the groundwork for potential partnerships that could significantly enhance PuffCuff's visibility and availability to a broader audience.In addition to these key retail players, I also had a valuable conversation with the head DEI officer of Boston Scientific. This discussion opened up a different avenue of potential collaboration, considering their keen interest in supporting diverse businesses and integrating them into their supply chain.My attendance at the WBENC Conference was a strategic move designed to not only increase PuffCuff's brand exposure but also to align ourselves with companies that are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The connections made and the conversations had have set the stage for what could be transformative partnerships for our company.As we move forward, we are excited about the possibilities these discussions could lead to. Our aim is to continue these dialogues, solidify relationships, and work towards concrete agreements that will see PuffCuff products accessible in more retail locations than ever before. This conference was a vivid reminder that when driven individuals come together, support each other, and share a common goal, there's no limit to what we can achieve.
