Dear shareholders (and those thinking about jumping in),There is some exciting progress going on at Swift Rails.&nbsp;We have always had a cool idea.&nbsp;Customer reaction has always been good.&nbsp;As we have advanced each step of the way, the reception has always gotten better.&nbsp;Still, it feels like something has changed.&nbsp;We are talking to more potential customers and the more we talk to them, the more that interest and demand seems to be increasing.&nbsp;It is very exciting. I think a few of the big keys are:Swift Rails technology is working well and is patented. &nbsp;&nbsp;As of September, we have been able to demonstrate a working, patented system to customers…and they really like it.&nbsp;Technologically and competitively, Swift Rails is a leader in the emerging individualized transit space.&nbsp;Autonomous vehicles offer unparalleled capital and operating efficiency.&nbsp;Unquestionably, they are our future.&nbsp;The purest application of autonomous vehicles, where their efficiency can be maximized, is in a closed system on elevated, dedicated guideways - it eliminates all outside variables like human drivers, pedestrians, congested streets, intersections, etc.&nbsp;Individualized transit capitalizes on this to create the most cost-effective mode of transportation ever to exist. Your company, Swift Rails, has the best technology in this space in our opinion, and is also the lowest cost solution (pretty awesome!)&nbsp;We are the most energy efficient solution, matching right-sized vehicles for each trip.&nbsp;Swift Rails has the lowest cost guideways in part because we have the lightest vehicles.&nbsp;We have amongst the fastest vehicles in the space with excellent passenger comfort.&nbsp;Compared to conventional light rail, Swift Rails is approximately 40 times less expensive.&nbsp;Compared to other individualized transit solutions, we estimate Swift Rails to be about 3-5 times less expensive.&nbsp;The move to individualized transit has huge economic advantages and larger implications on how the cities of the future will be designed.We are part of a new emerging market.&nbsp;Weird to say out loud, but I think we are part of a new emerging market and with that are at an inflection point.&nbsp;There is a strong and unmistakable trend emerging towards individualized transit.&nbsp;A few public displays of this such as in San Jose, CA and Atlanta, GA looking towards individualized transit as their desired solution.&nbsp;These are not necessarily the best opportunities, just public ones and there are many more that are not seen.&nbsp;There are many cities in the U.S. and globally that are looking toward individualized transit as part of their future.&nbsp;The economics of individualized transit are compelling.&nbsp;It appears that individualized transit will be the first to make large scale use of autonomous vehicles by using dedicated guideways.&nbsp;Large investors are beginning to take notice of the huge potential in this brand-new sector.Valuations of similar companies are skyrocketing. &nbsp;Valuations of individualized transit companies are beginning to take off.&nbsp;A comparable company, Glydways announced soft project starts and recently closed on a $56 million round at an estimated $200 million valuation.&nbsp;Investors in Glydways include large, seasoned investors in emerging technology such as New Science Ventures, ACS Group, Gates Frontier and Khosla Ventures.&nbsp;skyTran, another competitor which has raised funding with an estimated &nbsp;valuation of approximately $100 million in 2021. Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors and Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries are their main investors.&nbsp;These large investors are looking to make many times their money in this emerging sector.Swift Rails is the best in the sector.&nbsp;Glydways essentially uses autonomous mini buses on elevated concrete guideways.&nbsp;skyTran uses expensive maglev, big vehicles and a large infrastructure which we believe gives Swift Rails significant cost and footprint advantages.&nbsp;They are a similar but more expensive approach with a larger footprint and slower vehicles than Swift Rails.To keep up with increased interest, Swift Rails is raising capital - a good time to invest more or still invest early.&nbsp;We still get much of our investment from friends, family, friends of friends, and early adopters that we want to provide a great return to.&nbsp;As the best technology, we think we offer investors an opportunity to get very sizable gains.&nbsp;This is an emerging market and the investment at this point is based on technology and business execution.&nbsp;The project sizes are quite large.&nbsp;A single project would likely mean a substantial increase in valuation for Swift Rails.&nbsp;We are currently pursuing many opportunities.&nbsp;This raise will allow us to pursue these and other opportunities which we believe will lead to project start(s) which should increase valuation considerably.Offering details.&nbsp;We will be doing a combination of private placement and crowdfunding (Wefunder).&nbsp;Swift Rails is offering preferred shares at $11 on both platforms. &nbsp;Crowdfunding allows advertisement of investment and people can invest small amounts.&nbsp;We have received support this way previously, which we are very grateful for. &nbsp;We have also been told that not everyone likes to invest larger dollar amounts via Wefunder, so we are offering private placement above $10,000.&nbsp;Shareholders, we greatly appreciate your interest and investment in Swift Rails.&nbsp;Our opportunities are greatly expanding.&nbsp;We like having you with us and anticipate that this will be a great ride!&nbsp;Best regards,Kevin
