Kidcaboo Investors,&nbsp;We hope this update finds you and your families well. Our entire team hopes those of you observing holidays this season have a wonderful, meaningful holiday.&nbsp;I write to share some Kidcaboo tech updates that your investments have allowed us to make. In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be making some major announcements about new revenue streams and services we are or will soon be implementing.First though, I’m excited to share that the Wefunder team offered us the opportunity to keep our campaign open on their platform for a few additional weeks. Amongst other things, your investments have allowed Kidcaboo to continue to evolve our technology, a huge component of our operations. Kidcaboo pushes out app and back office updates regularly, whether to improve user experience, to accommodate a new revenue stream, or for one of many other reasons. Here are a few key tech updates that have taken place over the past month:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Kidcaboo is thrilled to have brought on a very accomplished cyber-security/tech advisor, with an incredible resume and experience in the field. He is also a Kidcaboo investor and we’re honored and lucky to have had him join us in both capacities. Ensuring the security of our tech as we scale is hugely important for many reasons. For investors, it increases the value of the company and, thus, your investment.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Due to a streamlining in our tech development process, we have reduced our developer monthly overhead cost by 20% and achieved significantly greater efficiency.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A new version of the parent and driver app has been released on Google Play Store and the App Store.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The prospective driver application in the driver app has been enhanced to further ensure only the best, most qualified driver candidates for Kidcaboo make it through to our interview and driver vetting team, which is saving that team time and, therefore, impacting our financial portrait.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The minimum age of a rider has been lowered to age 4 (with contingent restrictions). This was requested by a few parents who have 4 year old that legally qualify to use booster seats and want to use our service. These riders, based on our long-range retention rate over 90%, should remain with us well into the future.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;New push notifications were added to the driver app, to send additional reminders, which has reduced manual work on our team (for our ride monitors specifically) and helps remind drivers how to use the app optimally and ensure they arrive for drives on time. Our on-time driver arrival rate is remarkable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We've optimized and continued to perfect the time at which a driver can activate a ride. This has significantly reduced manual work for our team for billing and ride monitors and increased accuracy for billing for parents. As we scale, these time-saving adjustments will save money on staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We have added a note in the parent app to encourage parents to book rides more in advance versus last minute. As we've grown, Kidcaboo is increasingly used as a last-minute solution for kids, especially teens. This is great and another revenue source. We're prepared for this, but also know our core rider-users have rides scheduled into the future at a regular schedule, often for years, which our drivers love and benefit greatly from. This note has been very effective. It helps us project our revenue projections more accurately and gives us more time to ensure all rides are successfully paired with an optimal driver, which benefits all users.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Updates have been made to the Ride Tracker window, which has honed our ride monitoring process, including our tracking capabilities. While we have a pristine safety record, largely because of our incredible ride monitoring system, this adjustment further guarantees we are on top of the safety and location of every vehicle at all times during a ride and will save money as we scale.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The ride-billing workflow has been honed to further avoid ride-billing errors and the need for any manual fixing of ride billing.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An internal notation system was enhanced in the back office to allow Kidcbaoo’s team to share useful notes re: riders, drivers and rides internally. Amongst other things, this further ensures drivers receive even more ride details and nuances and know exactly what to exact during a pickup and ride. This further guarantees all user satisfaction, experience and, most importantly, safety.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An update was made to further reduce the chance of unexpected ride cancellations, which drivers benefit greatly from.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We have added a feature through the Back Office, which will allow our team to better assist specific parents, especially those with nuanced rides they’d like to schedule. This will further ensure rides happen exactly as they should, has saved driver time and will further improve the experience of all users.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A change was made in the back office that further improves the experience of our ride monitoring team, responsible for ensuring the on-time arrival of drivers and monitoring rides in real-time, across multiple time zones. This has been very helpful for and appreciated by the Ride Monitoring and Driving Nanny Operations teams.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This latest app update fixed several bugs.&nbsp;We have another update to the parent and driver apps coming out in the coming weeks, which includes updates and enhancements that will automate several processes to benefit users and help our team further ensure the timeliness, safety and experience of all users and rides.
